My name is Amber. I’m 28 29. I like to bake and am currently seeing how many cookbooks it’s possible for one person to own.
I live in Portland, OR. I love food, craft beer, wine, coffee, books and music. I like to run when the sun is shining and have to force myself to when it’s not. I like creating things and have lately (last couple years) taken to piddling around in the kitchen. Late last summer I decided to take my “piddling” to a new level and dropped out of PSU two days befor classes started and enrolled in cooking school. I just started attending culinary school here in Portland. I’ll have my degree in the Baking and Pastry Management program early in 2012 (yay!!).
I’m also learning Italian so it may pop up here from time to time.
I have one remarkable sister that I refer to as my conscience. I also have two new sisters-in-law that I can’t wait to get to know better.
I just married the most wonderful person I’ve ever met.
You’ll probably find more food related stuff here than anything else, but don’t be surprised if something random pops up from time to time.

It looks as though you have lost weight. Which you did not have to lose. Yes, it has been a few years since you lived in Fayetteville but you still look good. We miss you but are so glad you are back in school!
