YUM!!! Can't wait to try this ice cream.

I'm so happy for you that you are loving your job now. I can't imagine what it would be like to cook/bake all day long and get paid to do it. I have no doubt it is painful, but to truly love what you do...that sounds pretty amazing. I hope I get to try it some day soon.

You remind me of Anthony Bourdain's book Kitchen Confidential. He talks about when he first started on a line and burned his hand. He asked for a band aid and some 'ointment' and the other guys made fun of him. Then a month later he was covered in burns and could grab anything with his bare hands. That will be you! :)

Hi Izzy! Thanks, the ice cream's not half bad. =)

Yeah, cooking and baking all the time definitely leaves its mark on you. Hopefully I get smarter and stronger before the kitchen does. =)

You too??? My husband says it's his lifelong goal to find a way to cook without the application of heat, and to chop without sharp objects... mostly cause his wife is SUCH a clutz. I have lots of kitchen battle scars.

Also, this looks AMAZING.
